I’m so glad I purchased the is vacuum cleaner. Not only is it a vacuum cleaner but it also has an attachment to hook on to mop the floor. It’s a 2in 1. And the price is great. Don’t overlook this it’s well worth the buy!!!!

This vacuum sucks especially for the price. Literally the only good thing about it is that it's easy to move around. It works well, when it actually works. Mine started messing up on me only a few months in, once the date of return had passed and I couldn't get my money back (go figure). It CONSTANTLY has issues. About every other time I vacuum, it shows some kind of error on the screen and will shut off. I'm not vacuuming up anything crazy. Just your typical household debris and pet hair. I clean the vacuum regularly. It still constantly has problems. This last time, I had to disassemble and reassemble the whole thing a handful of times, cleaned it out, and it still wouldn't work. Would just immediately shut off right after turning it on. Then, for no reason what so ever as I hadn't done anything different, it just started working again as if it had never been ain't weird. Cool, I thought, until once again it started messing up for no obvious reason. Once again I disassemble and reassembled it multiple times, and for no reason it just started working again. Only this time, when there was zero problems with the brush roll, the brush roll now does not work. And again, there's no known reason. I've taken it out and put it back in multiple times. Made sure nothing was tangled on it. It just suddenly doesn't work. For literally no reason 🙄 that's another thing, the vacuum said the brushroll does not get hair tangled in it, we'll that is a lie. Every time I vacuum stuff was tangled on it. Save your money and get another vacuum. I'm not even sure how this vacuum got so many stars, save for the ease of maneuvering it and its light weight. I wish I would have gotten another one because now since this one conveniently started acting up after the return date, I am just out $160 bucks or so that I could've used towards a vacuum that would last more than a few months.

Pros: super easy to clean and maintain. Brush roller is removable without tools, but seems plenty secure during use. Good runtime for a small hand vac. Storage dock can charge the battery while stored. Replaceable battery is a plus, provided that the manufacturer continues to produce the same voltage batteries.Cons: not terribly powerful, but it's a hand VAC for under $200, so not I'm complaining. The mop attachment is pretty useless in my opinion, it's basically like the bloatware on phones; not helpful, doesn't ship without it.The extension tube can also apparently deteriorate and cause errors within a relatively short span of use, but the company worked with me to provide a replacement quickly. That said, these things go obsolete super fast these days.

Buy this wet vacuum cleaner was one of my best decision lately. It’s really easy to use and the results and time saved are amazing. Totally recommend!!

I just LOVE my Proscenic Mopping Wet Dry Cordless Vacuum and Mop Combo. I had a Shark Navigator Vacuum and a Steam Mop which I also loved, however there came a time when they were too difficult to use. I have had a lot of health problems and found that even getting the vacuum out of the closet became a struggle. The Proscenic P11 has been a god send! It is lightweight, very maneuverable and gets into places my old system could never reach. Don't let that fool you though as this, on high suction, picks up everything the Shark would pick up on high mode. As for customer service, I sent an email about a part that broke, and got one back saying the part was on its way. There was an extended wait (as is happening with many shipped items these days) however Proscenic stayed in touch with me.A GREAT product that you won't help falling in love with backed by a company that believes in EXCELLENCE in Customer Service is an unbeatable combination. Kudos to Proscenic!!!!

So, I love this little vacuum BUT the battery drains REALLY FAST. It’s enough to vacuum a 1200sq ft space quickly. It will force you to do your chores faster and efficiently. The battery charger isn’t a quick charge, so you’ll have to wait a while. The head moves in all directions, so you can pick up dirt from anywhere. The mop attachment was a challenge to figure out- Instructions are poor. The bristles are easy to clean, as it pulls out from the side. The wall mount is nice too.So, if you have an apartment, condo, motorhome, this will work. But for a large house, you’ll need multiple of these, or find something with a better battery.
