Why missing parts???
I wanted a train set to track around my Christmas , so I bought this train set because it was so pretty. The first time I ordered it it didn’t come with all the parts, I sent it back and re-ordered. The second time I ordered it it again arrived without all the parts…. I was done.

Cool train, tracks need work
Very nice looking, my child loved it but the tracks were damaged and won't connect properly. The train wouldn't stay on the track, so we returned it. No problems returning though!

All parts weren’t included.
The battery pack did not come with the train so you have to always use the usb to charge the battery. It is extreme difficult to hook up the usb to the coal cart to charge. Very frustrating toy train
