Average quality product Very good cooling

The refrigerator looks very good the design is above standards but there are some quality issues with the product1) only 2 sides and door edges head up one side always cool due to which there is a cooling issue2) after using the product for 2 days I noticed less or medium cooling in all compartments even if the refrigerator was set to full capacity.3) The compressor keeps on running and doesn’t stop at all.Over bad experience.

The media could not be loaded. Nice product. I am already using 240ltr model since 9 years & no complaints despite of shifting it thrice on different locations. Now purchased 270 liters model & no complaints since installation around 1 month ago. Found better space & compartments then previous model & spacious like 300 ltrs. Energy efficient & perfect cooling. Fit for 4/5 family members.

It hight approx above 5ft but good thing can be adjusted in narrow passage due to its compact size. Steel color looks classy, Material hardy. Before buying I go through the reviews and most of the customer complaint about installation. But mine installation was done in nexy day by the executive of Whirlpool. They called me admt evening of the day of delivery and next day within afternoon installation done. For being a non inverter fridge I hope its durability is better than other range.

I contacted customer support multiple times, but no resolution or compensation was provided.**Customer Service Issues:**The most frustrating aspect was the free installation service. Despite Whirlpool's promise, no technician visited for over a month. The media could not be loaded. Recently bought the 270L Unit of this model and so far no complaints. The refrigerator is working fine, slight heating on one side of the fridge but that's okay I guess. A screw in the upper section inside the fridge was loose which I tightened and the ice tray has support clamp below it which is slightly broken but nothing to worry about. The 270L unit is BIG in size like it's bigger than all the family members 😄. Looks great from front after peeling of the plastic lamination.
