I got this specifically to filter water going to the fridge. It came with 2 connectors that had 3/8" male and female screw ends but I discovered that the inlet and outlet of the filter was actually 1/4". This made it so convenient to just connect 1/4" PEX lines from the wall outlet to the fridge (bought separately).It is made clear on the website description that it does not do TDS and that is true. My water tested 125 on the TDS meter from the tap and it was the same post-filtered.Flow does slow just a tad but that is to be expected considering it is going through 3 filters and there no signs of leak. I tried having the filter stand up and laying flat on its back. This would help folks that do not have space behind the fridge and want to lay it flat on top of the fridge.Overall I recommend this water filter as it is easy to install and easy to replace.

Very pleased with this new version. Filters are clearly labeled, and easy to install & change (when due). Water tastes crystal clear and clean. Also these filters seem to filter down to the micron level.

The water tastes excellent and the filter works well. We had some initial issues with the device, and we contacted the company. The customer service was excellent and they quickly helped us find a solution.

This company goes above and beyond to more than satisfy their customers. All correspondence was quick and informative. Love doing business with companies like this. They obviously have great products and stand behind their product line. Customer service is outstanding.

Extremely easy install. I did have to tighten one fitting more than I expected to stop a slow drip but that’s no big deal…just keep an eye out during the first 24 hours (which is no different than any plumbing job)I’d say the filters have 100% improvement to water smell and 90% improvement to taste. This was about what I was expecting from a non-RO systemThe filters do significantly reduce flow rate which in reviews people said wasn’t so bad. So with those issues I had to dock 1 star. If the flow rate was reduced much further I might have considered sending it back and get an RO system with a tank but it’s hard to beat this priceFor reference it now takes just under 30 seconds to fill my coffee pot to the 8 cup mark where as before it’d take just at 10 seconds. Not the end of the world but noticeable

The filtering ability and water taste produced by this filter is excellent I will say. However, I was disappointed that the water pressure was cut in half from my bathroom sink, where I installed this unit. I was seriously thinking of pulling it out and returning it, but while the unit would normally be easy to install, it was challenging in the tight spot I had to install it into, so I'm going to leave it. Just be aware the water pressure/volume is going to be a lot less than without the filter.4/7/25 (Updated): The seller reached out regarding my issue and promptly issued me replacement parts, which resolved the problem. The level of customer service was excellent, and they acted quickly. I updated my review score from 3 to 5.

I’ll update once we hear back from customer support and get a resolution. We have had this filter installed for 5 months. For 4 months it was great. Over the last month the water flow has been slower and slower and at this point it is barely a trickle. We replaced the PP filter and it hasn’t helped. I contact customer support to see what the deal is. If there isn’t a resolution I would only give this 1 star as something that works for only 5 months is barely worth it.Update- Customer Service was great and sent us a new filter. They could see by the water report that we needed a CM filter instead of a UF. It now works great. Updating my rating!
