I appreciate research re collogen supplements is weak, but I have been taking for sometime and nails have become stronger. The capsules are large but easy to swallow. There is no after taste and no ill effects.

I ordered these Liposomal Marine Collagen as I much prefer to take Fish rather than Bovine Collagen, I am not vegetarian but I am led to believe that Marine Collagen absorbs into the body much easier than the Bovine version, these capsules are also prepared using the Liposomal preparation, again making the product much easier to absorb into the system. This supplement ticks four boxes for me as now I don't need to take my regular Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin C and Biotin supplements, as these capsules cover all four in just two, easy to swallow capsules!The recommended dose is two capsules a day, there are 120 capsules in this pack so this is almost a two months supply. Easy to swallow and flavourless. Its hard to quantify how effective supplements are once taken and 2 tablets per day make this 120 tablet container a 2 month supply costing 17p per day.

Worked well and helped me recover from a niggling knee injury.Easy to swallow and no after tastes or effects.Verdict: Good product.
