So far so good, I'm still amazed that the second you push the button, hot water comes out. I do find sometimes that when it starts after being left off, cold water can nearly half fill a cup, which is a waste of coffee or tea. It fills up well and the water container fits well, the controls are child's play and the light underneath is a good idea. It's also very quiet.It's a shame it doesn't go up to boiling thou and it would be nice if you had more water amount settings, it's either not enough or too much with most cups.I find the drop from the spout to the cup is a long way for normal usage so you can get a lot of splashing, so I put a little "ramekin" type bowl upside down on the drip tray to stop it.I like the wipe clean control's which are nice and bright and easy to navigate. If you are setting the water amount over the size you want and use the main fill button to stop It, it still pours for a few seconds, so watch out for overfill.....

Great product. As someone with mobility problems, having a water dispenser like this is a godsend, as it can be filled up once daily, and left in my reach, so I can make a brew whenever needed. Instant hot water. It doesn't reach boiling, 90°C is the hottest it goes, but for hot drinks, that's not an issue

Item delivered to me on 26th March ‘25 and I was very pleased with the product. Unfortunately it started playing up about a week ago, not dispensing the correct amount of water or at the right temperature. Then started making a terrible noise and no water was being dispensed at all. Thought I’d descale it as I live in a hard water area but didn’t make any difference. Then started dispensing water from the underneath. Return window closed 3 days ago so unable to return so looks like it’ll be for the bin. Total waste of money and literally lasted a month. Don’t bother!

So useful! The large water tank lasts 2 to 3 days for me (One person). And makes constant cups of tea quick and easy. Water tank lifts out for easy filling under the tap or can be left in place for filling with a jug. I've relegated the kettle to the cupboard - and if I occasionally need a large quantity of hot water - I use a saucepan.

Great purchase doesn't take up much room in the kitchen, about the same as a ordinary kettle and it only heats the water you need.

Never heard of this brand but looked good and sick of Breville ones breaking. This is so far much better, you can choose cup size small to large up to 500ml and its quiet n holds much more water. Releases water slowly so it brews the Tea in the cup , overall very pleased and great value.

Very good product. Looks good in my kitchen, is easy to use and capacity is great. Less worry about limescale build up now.

I have to say I was not too sure the quality when I bought it. After using it for months now, i am very pleased that i bought it. Don’t need the kettle and descale now. Whenever I need hot water, I can straight away with the press of the botton. I made tea with it and I think it’s hot enough.
