Being a mom of a toddler and somebody that works full time while trying to do a million other things, I need all that help I can get. This has helped me so much, it's definitely effective. I've been taking these and haven't noticed much of a change. I also read a review on here saying they fill up most of it with something else which has me not taking them as much as I used to. Either way, I feel more of a daily kick with my coffee than these pills, so I don't know.

I love this stuff! Honestly used it to wean off of Prozac and wound up liking it better. It takes 3-4 weeks to see results so stick with it for a while. I'm up to taking 4 capsules a day, no side effects (if taken with a meal). The more I take, the better I feel but again it takes another 3 weeks of increasing the dose for better results. I was so depressed that I was sleeping until noon and taking 3 hour naps daily. Now I naturally wake up around 8-9 and don't need a nap.

I love this vitamin. It has helped me get motivated to clean my house and get more organized.
