I remember a while ago Garcinia Cambogia took the internet by storm. I was too young to even understand, but I am at the age like noooooow I get it.This bottle is big! It says to take 1 pill daily so this will last a while. I like to take it before my meals and safe to say, no weird aftertaste. After trying these pills for a month, there are days when I take them, I feel great and my appetite is suppressed. Then there are others I don't change a thing and I can't stop eating. I think this works, but truthfully, I am not sure. It honestly could be a me problem too.Since everybody's body is different take this review with a grain of salt. Big bottle and great value! Worth it? I am not sure.
