Works well for me. I take one daily with my multivitamin pill. It helps my digestion a lot and makes me very regular. To me this is really a great way to improve your digestion and make your life much more comfortable.

Highly recommend! But can I suggest you need to be consistent when taking these and I recommend taking them before you eat in the morning only. If you take them later in the day they may cause issues with sleep. If you’re consistent taking these they work really really well. If you miss a day consider it restarting. Take it everyday at the same time. Hope that makes sense and helps. Things i noticed after a week of consistency: regular bowel movements everyday, an uptick in energy levels, I take magnesium at night and feel like with the combination I sleep a whole lot better, regularity in mood swings (I know weird), and many other things… good stuff! Highly recommend.
