I read all the bad reviews and then I read the good reviews and compared the comments. Basic complaint was lack of run time on a single charge (5 minutes or so) and lack of suction. I bought one to clean up kitty litter around the litter box and it's perfect for that, and for short jobs around the house. Suction is adequate (quite good, actually, for such a small vac) and I haven't run out of charge yet. It's small and easy to handle and easy to clean. I ordered extra filters, a mixture of plastic and stainless steel, so I can wash one and have a dry one to insert while the original is drying. It's probably not for everyone but I love it. If you use it like I use mine you'll love it, too!

They did a piece on the local news about this vacuum. It looked good so I ordered it. I love it. It picks up like crazy. Having dogs means I have lots to pick up. It works wonderfully.After posting this, I did have a problem with the vacuum. When the battery ran out, I had to try 4 different chargers and two wall sockets before it charged. It also took longer than the 3-5 hours the instructions indicated it would need. Initially, I got a blinking red light before finding the right charger. When I found the correct charger, I got a solid red. I never had a green. The light just went out. Fortunately, I already owned the chargers. Despite this problem, I still love the vacuum and am glad I purchased it.

It's handy, easy to use. Easy to empty. Kind of cute with a ducklish look. I doubt it would do anything except small stuff such as hair from a visiting dog, or crumbs, but for small and frequent events, it's fine. There are many times when a powerful big vacuum is unnecessary. Lots of tools but ? I haven't used them.

I was sick of spending money on hand vacuums that were terrible purchases. After seeing this on tv I was determined to try the “Duck”. My husband was sceptical. He opened it when it came and was the first to use it. He loves it. I love it too. Little spaces like sliding door tracks I always struggle to clean are a cinch. We have 2 cats and it easily picks up hair. The filter is easy to clean with a small brush. We plan to buy more for gifts. GREAT PURCHASE.

I have the Duck gold version. I have read the reviews, both good and bad (mostly good). The biggest complaint is the battery life (6+minutes of use before recharging needed). Folks, this is not a Hoover Industrial vacuum cleaner, it is a convenient, small vacuum for those incidental jobs, spills, dog hair etc. that don't require a long charge or hours of continuous use. It is light weight and easy to store. I have three of them. One in my kitchen, one in the garage and one in the bathroom. Just keep them plugged in to the battery charging source when not in use. They are also good for running over the keyboard of your computer to catch the toast crumbs you dropped in there. I am buying more as they make wonderful inexpensive gifts.

I followed the directions and it worked jus fine. I wanted something to easily sweep up my desk top as I eat here and things get crumbs. This vac is small and a perfect desk cleaner! It's not meant to run a long time or to pick up heavy things, but it is perfect for what I am using it for! I am glad I bought it.

I paid $69 for the better model with longer battery life. I don't have any complaints aout the battery life but the vacuum itself is not worth it. Suction is not powerful, barely ok, Has an accordioned paper filter that you must pick the stuff out of the creases. The only thing that is remarkable is the handy size. I would not recommend.

Love this little thing. I bought it to have in my new office at work - was looking for a compact handheld, cordless vac just to have for cleaning up the carpet and keyboard, but it was better than expected when I received it - it’s pretty powerful - so I have been using it all around - in the car mainly - but also bring it in my suitcase for extended stays at hotels.It is really cute and very compact. I can fit it in my computer bag easily.And as mentioned it is pretty powerful for its size. It is not going to deep clean your car carpets but it does the job in picking up crumbs and pet hair off the seats and comse. I love the little bag that it comes with that keeps everything together - the vac and also the tools and hose.I don’t know how long it stays charged because I have not yet run out of power using it yet.Definitely a great buy.
