Great hose
I bought this for my daughter. Worked great right out of the box. The base swivels as you move around with the hose which is a good feature. Very easy to rewind the hose. They provide a wall mount kit but we did not want to wall mount it. The 100 foot length is perfect for my daughters area.

Unusual but so far so good
The stainless steel hose is quite different from the normal hose. So far it seems to be working fine. The nozzle that came with it is absolute garbage so expect to use something else

Durable light weight system!
I’ve bought a million hoses. Light weight, metal hose and provide nozzle is light as well and easy to operate.The hose doesn’t kink or bind. It doesn’t tear or pop like some of the other material hoses.Did I mention light weight.Glad I got this hose.

Will probably leak when you first use it
The media could not be loaded. Hooked hose to faucet and water was squirting out from the caddy. Had to remove hose completely from caddy and tighten the hose where it connects to the caddy then wind the hose back onto caddy. Also the brass fitting on the side of the caddy leaks small amounts of water. Don’t know if there is a fix for that. After 3 months, the nozzle that came with the hose leaks around the head and on the side. Videos added.

Great idea - Lousy implementation
I need to store the hose in front of my house and need a long hose to water items at the street. I love stainless hose’s because of their light weight, flexibility, and non kinking attributes. This seemed like the perfect solution. However I have only used the item one time and have encountered three problems.> The handle is loose and there is no way to tighten it. This makes winding the hose back up quite difficult.> With the first use the paint is scraped off by the metal hose rubbing against it as you are winding it in. This happened although I had only extended the hose about 25 feet. The metal where the paint was is already starting to rust.> There is a small leak somewhere in the hose or connection. The concrete block gets wet as soon as you turn the water on.The item is fairly priced if it was a quality product, but not for what you get. I do not recommend it.
