I gifted this to my dad, who's hard of hearing and needs more oomph in terms of volume from this TV. I set this up in about 5 minutes and my dad has had no trouble turning it on and even adjusting the settings. It fits on a small shelf just under his TV.I went over to watch the football game and was pleasantly surprised at the fidelity and quality of the sound. I've paid more than twice this amount for a soundbar that performed worse than this one, so definitely a great value.

This item gets 5 stars when you consider actual performance for the price. The installation instructions....well, there were none. My unit would not function through the hdmi connection. I had to use the line out cable. Took me about an hour to finally get sound out of it. Hence, the 4 star rating. However, at the end of the day I am pleased.
