Fit standard strut channel but leave no room for mounting hardware
These fit inside a 1-5/8" strut, but they do not leave room for bolt heads. If you need to mount the channel, you will need external brackets.Unsurprisingly, the trolleys are loud when they move. I have chair hammocks on mine, so not a lot of weight, and they make a lot of noise. They also don't roll too freely, which, in my case, is helpful.

Trolleys For My 1&5/8 Strut
These two trolleys fit my 1&5/8 strut, which I use in my studio to hang lights, backdrops, etc. I am not putting large loads on the trolleys. There is a thin area on the trolleys where the bolts go through that would be a concern if I was using these for heavier loads. The trolley's don't roll as well as I expected them to. That is OK for most of my applications where I need a backdrop or light to stay in one place without needing to anchor it. But it does make small adjustments difficult when I can't just move the trolleys a small amount.Overall, for my light weight items the trolleys are working well. If I need more, I plan to find some that have a smoother movement to them.

Bearings questionable
Generally, I like bearings that want to spin right out of the box. These ones don't. I mean, they turn okay, but you can't just give them a whirl and they keep spinning.I'm using these to move items around my shop via unistrut. We'll see how they hold up.

Smooth Rolling Trolleys
Fits 1&5/8 strut perfect. Sealed bearings are greased and run very smooth. I'm a little concerned that the attach point eye loop is secured to a threaded bolt for attachment. There is the potential for the eye to unscrew from the bolt if the load is rotated enough times. There are no included instructions but the way that the ad pictures present the assembly, there is no safety against the eye from unscrewing. The nuts tighten on the bolt to keep the bolt tight to the trolley and the eye from travelling up the threads.edit: I had to come back and reduce to 4 stars after using more. This set up really has no business being on a load bearing apparatus. It's just asking for an accident. I will be securing the bolt on both ends of the eye ring and adding Loctite. Until I can find a proper boxed in eye ring shaft that I swap in to this. This is a bad unsafe design.

excellent for lightweight overhead lifting
I need something in my shop for lightweight overhead lifting and this trolley system is perfect. I have my unistrut already mounted above on my metal beams. Assembly of the trolley was very easy. I suggest you get your unistrut in a fixed position or close to where you want it. Once you have your strut in place then mounting the trolley is simple. I use them daily for lifting small lawn motors and also works well for lifting the front of lawn mower up to work on the deck and change tires.

Glides smoothly and easy to install backsaver
These BIAXJUNY 4 Wheel Trolleys are an inexpensive roller assembly for an ceiling mounted Super Strut or Unistrut track system. The working load limit for the eyes is 460 pounds (0.23 tons). I would make sure that the attachment system for the Unistrut will support any loads that you may use. The rollers are well designed. The roller trolleys almost completely fill the cavity in the Unistrut so the hangers that hold the strut must be on the outside. I was planning to run lags from the inside of the strut to the ceiling joists. This won't work. I had to get Channel Trolley Track Hanger Brackets to hold the strut to the ceiling. It makes a cleaner install anyway. You must use the 1 5/8" or deeper strut for the rollers to fit inside. The 7/8" strut is nowhere near deep enough. This system works well to help move my machine vices and lathe chucks across the shop.

Tight fit.
I had to take a file to the outer tips of the axles as they were just a little snug to roll smoothly in proper strut channel. Aside from that, good basic construction and adequate bearings.

Smooth Trolley Rollers for DIY EV Cable Management System
I used these to hang our EV charging cable to keep it off the dirty/wet floor. These rollers fit into the standard channel struts and the wheels glide smoothly.
