Saved my Xbox One S with most of the pads ripped off...
The media could not be loaded. Almost all the HDMI connection pads were pulled off the xbox board. I had to manually replace the missing traces and I carefully soldered them to the new HDMI port. With the help of a microscope and tiny soldering iron, the PORT works!I love the face this came with the screw drivers and tiny tweezers! Thanks 👍No Cons.

Removing the old port and soldering in the new one was pretty straightforward, and it works like a charm. Picture and sound are great.
