excellent machine and excellent seller
Something happened with the transducer that stopped working. Seller immediately answered proposing either a full immediate refund or a new machine. I opted for the machine. No regrets!

Great customer service
Machine works great and when I had an issue with the receiver head, they sent me a new one with no issue.

Disappointed
It worked fine for a couple of months, then the cable stop working. They sent me a new cable, which was great. Now the wand doesn’t heat. I contacted the seller and I’m still waiting for a resolution. I will update this review to a positive one if I get help from the seller. At this price point, they should be making a more reliable machine. This is therapy I need and now it doesn’t work. Very dissatisfied at the moment.

This machine is good for the cost. It works well and was a good choice for the cost. It is easy to use and so far, we have had good results.

Special thanks to the seller for the reliable packaging, you, guys, did not leave chances to damage the device during transportation. Device itself looks very good: metallic case, good paint quality, no scratches or defects. All plastic parts also have good quality. Indicators are bright and easy to read, beeper is loud enough. Buttons work good too. 5 stars to the manufacturer. So far, we didn't start treatment, I assume I'll have some results to add them to this review in a month.

Price point
The price was less than other machines I was considering. Shipping from the manufacturer in New Dehli India was surprisingly quick. It arrived 4 days earlier than the estimated date. It works very well, completely satisfied.

I've used it 3-4 times already and it gets rid of pain easily, a fine product that works well, easy to use, at a decent price, thank-you!

All good except the product failed to operate in one month
The product was working as described fine until it has stopped to operate in about a month. I just checked and the return/replacement window was closed on Aug 22. It's Aug 24 today. :-( I wish that the seller is able to replace it as it's working fine. Thanks.
