It's very rare to find good quality products from unknown brands and sellers. This was an item whose ad I had seen on FB, but never could trust the random website it was listed on. When it was finally available on Amazon, I was relieved. I purchased it mainly for cleaning fan blades of course, but was pleasantly surprised at how it's made to do other cleaning jobs as well, and effectively, not just for the sake of extra features. The rods are built sturdy and brushed painted to perfection. The plastic parts are high in quality and the overall quality is top-notch. It is thoughtfully made, and the features are intentional. The rod is of sufficient height. The placement of the sponge padding though, is a little weird. I tried moving the spong part of the rod near the end and in the middle, but the natural hand placement doesn't seem to align with it in both cases. Also, the velcro is not of a crazy strong type. It’s more flatter than what you’d see elsewhere and yet the sponges adhere to it with good-enough strength and hopefully, they shouldn’t wear off too soon. The velcro on the unit is a taped-on type and the fact that it doesn’t stick too strongly is actually a plus because if it was strong, after every cleaning job, you’d have to rip the pads out with force and that would damage their fabric faster over time. So intentional or not, this is a good choice of velcro strength.The major room for improvement is the microfiber pads. They should've been thicker and spongier to add the resistance between them that is needed to clean the fan blades properly. The current ones don't have much of the 'press' pressure between them and the microfiber 'nuggets' simply slide over the blades. This does clean the blade, mind you, but only the loose and recent dust layer. In any case, you will need to push up and pull down the rod while sliding it over to get it to make proper contact with the blades. It's not a simple slide-and-go action if you want properly cleaned fan blades.Mind you, if you have a thick layer of black built-up sticky dust, the soft pads will not provide the necessary pressure or friction to tackle it. You will have to resort to getting up to the proper height and using elbow grease and other cleaning methods to get it properly cleaned.I also tested the cleaning effect by making the pads slightly damp. This made the pads heavier of course, and it cleaned much better as a result. After-clean is pretty straightforward- the pads clean fast and well and you don't have to toss them in the washing machine. They are so small and easy to wash by hand in the basin that it takes less than 5 minutes and also extends their life (versus machine washing them). I do hope the seller makes the pads more thicker to add the needed pressure and resistance in the cleaning job. Also, I hope to see the spare pads available.Other than that, the extra orange-coloured microfiber pads are a well-thought-out addition. I wiped dry my large glass and mirror surfaces, and it caught a lot of dust. I have to wet-test it to see how effectively it cleans spots on verticle surfaces. To mop the floor, it helps to remove one rod so that the whole unit comes down to a comfortable length. I’ll come back with an update on that later. The wiper is also a decent feature and I would rate it a respectable 7/10. It’s obviously not made with the premium rubber material seen on wipers of big brands, but it doesn’t fall too short of doing a good job either.All in all, I’m pleased with the purchase. I would recommend it to anyone looking to simplify the tedious job of cleaning their fan blades. The fact that this unit effectively converts and takes on other cleaning jobs well, while being overall well-made, is what makes me like this product. I’m sure it will give me a good and long time of faultless service, finger-crossed!

this does not purpose the purpose, just clear blade not more than 50 percent, so given 3 star. The blade of all the fans are curved this cleaner does clean, But it just remove the gross dust. No dobut the weighit of the clener is light and size is sufficient so given 3 star.
