These 100% work I was 24.4 stone over a week ago I stepped on to the scales yesterday and I'm now 23 stone exact, I'm not sure if it's getting rid of excess water but they definitely seem to be helping with my cravings and I'm not as hungry anymore, my metabolism seems to of sped up now and helping with more frequent bowel movements, noticed a massive increase in energy levels no crashing just consistent through out the day, I'm not one to leave reviews unless something is good but these have changed my way of life with in a week and abit 10/10 stars no dodgy side affects either all positive vibes with these

I can honestly say I have always been very hesitant to try a product of this sort but I wish I had tried these alot sooner! I started off by taking 1 day as per instruction and increased to 2 per day after 1 week. As I work from home I tend to snack alot on junk food throughout the day but since I started taking the fat burners 1 after breakfast and 1 after my lunch my unhealthy snacking has completely stopped. I have had zero side effects from these and in all honesty my energy levels are up, im feeling more active i’m getting my regular 10,000k steps daily and i’m eating good. I have definitely noticed a different in how I feel on a day to day basis since incorporating these into my daily routine.Honestly one of my favourite products I’ve bought and I’m so pleased with the results.
