Refurbished and returned x2
I ordered this computer because I work from home and my All in one computer needed to be replaced. When I received the computer, everything worked fine except, I didn't realize that I had to connect via ethernet and also there were alphanumeric codes at the top right and bottom left of the monitor screen. Hovering over those codes, the cursor was behind the code. When I contacted support, they told me that it was a pixel issue and that they would issue a replacement. When I received the replacement, I had the exact same issue and I was told I needed to open the CPU to make sure the battery and motherboard were secure in place. Nothing i tried worked. The position of the alphanumeric codes are very distracting to what I do on a daily basis for work, and therefore I needed the codes gone. I refused to accept another replacement and just returned them both.
