I recommend this bike 100% to anyone who wants an e-bike at an extremely affordable price!I did a lot of research before purchasing, including visiting local bike shops to ask questions and learn more about e-bikes, and I decided to purchase the Qlife Racer 27.5" 48V. Let me tell you this bike does not dissapoint. I have put about 75 miles on the bike and it has been far superior to what I expected for the price. Most of the miles I've ridden have been off road on mountain bike trials, and the bike has been perfect. The suspension holds up very good, the battery has lots of life, and I can hit 28mph on pavement and 26mph off road. I easily get 3-4 full off road rides before I need to charge again.The only issue I had was straight out of the box, I noticed that the front rotor was warped and rubbed on both sides of the brake pads during its rotation. I contacted customer support, which did take about 7 days before I got a response, but they sent me a brand new rotor in express mail that came in 2 days.Also, I love that this bike comes with all the tools needed for assembly, and you learn how to put it all together from the start. There were a couple steps that did not match the assembly video or manual, and I did have to watch some YouTube videos to learn how to adjust the brakes, center the rotors, and adjust the shifter/derailer, but that helped me to learn some good bike maintenance skills.Overall, I would highly recommend this bike. I have over 300 miles on the bike. I live in an area full of steep hills. I can get 30 miles on a single charge and that’s pretty good considering that 20 of those miles are a steep grade. I take it to and from work everyday. The tires are a little cheaply made but new ones aren’t expensive and to change them is simple. I’ve had zero issues with the bike, I do suggest greasing your axles after 200 miles. And it rides well in the rain, can suffer a thunderstorm. The brakes are easy to adjust, and the battery has stayed strong. Great bike for the price.

my granddaughter is very happy with this item, the quality and ease of assembly for this 25 year old was great. The removable battery is nice and she can handle the weight into her apartment. It is fast and nicer than her previous bike that cost more 3 years ago. I bought the rear fender and package rack pieces, but she has only received the former. I am confident Amazon will take care of it and send her the rack bracket piece. After contacting seller twice they agreed to send the package racket piece replacement. Unknown where the first one shipped went to, but not delivered to us.

The bike arrived 2 or 3 days ahead of time. Assembly was decently easy and straight forward. Remember to plug in the green cable as it arrives unhooked. The green cable supplies power to the software to the control unit on the handlebars. The bike rides heavy and stiff due to it's weight but so do most Ebikes . The handle bars are to low and forces you to lean over way to far to grip them comfortably and safely for distance riding . The bell thumb ringer was broken and I found the other part of the broken piece inside the box. The battery was outside it's support case for shipping and and lying awkwardly inside the shipping box unprotected. There is no UL stamp on the box or the bike or the battery. The only thing that is UL rated on this bike is that battery has a slot to lock it onto the bike with a key to prevent theft, otherwise this is not a UL approved battery or bike or motor or electric system and software . The battery is produced in China...not a good sign. Otherwise the bike rides so far, pretty well. The battery charger is seemingly UL rated...maybe... and even that does not have the UL hologram but is instead has a stamped flat 2 dimensional UL logo maybe illegally produced and stamped in a foreign country and is certainly suspicious. Amazon is currently being sued class action over multitudes of exploding batteries. Amazon denies that they are sellers yet they absorb the monies and dole it out according to their own homemade criteria to these companies. Several courts have decided otherwise and allowed these class actions to continue against Amazon and it's suppliers .So far I have 138 miles on the bike and the treads are running with visible wear on the tires. I may get about 350 miles off the back tire and 450 off the front. The front tire would not hold air upon delivery and when inspected the tube had a puncture like a pen knife had been jabbed into it. Bought a new tube from the supplier and found out the tire was the same way with a pen knife puncture at the same rotation of the set tube. Obviously someone at the warehouse of factory is puncturing these tires and tubes. Many other reviewers have stated that they arrive with tires and tubes that are punctured as well. Believe it!!! Qlife knows about these tires and the many complaints thereof and even after 6 months have done nothing to correct it. Someone is still puncturing tires and tubes before delivery. Probably a scam on Qlife's part to sell more merchandise of tire and tube replacements or maybe to to kill their own warranty saying you modified the bike yourself by fixing the flat tire instead of spending $299 to return it to them and all that blunk. Who knows?Conclusion: This bike runs smooth (except heavy) and is swift. This is rated as a 28mph bike and it exceeds that MPH. First record was 31.2 MPH downhill with a slight wind in my face. Second reading was 32.5 and the same hill. Speedwise it's everything and more than it claims to be.Fact: I just wish it was a UL rated battery as advertised yet true with a bonified Hologram UL Stamp of approval. Either it is or not or they can't prove it.Conclusion: Who Knows!Statement: Amazon knows they do not have a real and genuine stamp of approval as claimed for a UL battery.Advice: Hey Qlife , put some $10 tires on this bike and a real and legal UL stamp of approval on the battery!

I bought this for my 16 year old son who had an electric scooter and wanted something faster. We looked for other electric bikes and they were way too expensive. My son did a lot of research and found this bike and decided it seemed like a good quality bike with all the features he was looking for, and at a price we both could agree on. We received the bike faster than expected and he was able to put it together himself without any help. After the first ride, he told me that it was SO fast! He has had it for about a week now and I can say that we are so happy with this purchase. We did purchase a helmet because of how fast it is makes you realize that a crash at that speed definitely needs some head protection!

The eBike arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The packaging was secure, and everything looks exactly as described. The materials feel high-quality and durable. I haven't had the chance to ride it yet, but based on the design, specs, and other reviews, it seems like a fantastic value for the price.I’m really excited to try it out soon. The features like pedal assist, battery range, and display panel are exactly what I was looking for. So far, I'm very satisfied with the purchase and the seller’s communication.
