Awesome
I've had this for about 6 months and it's great. I have 2 cats. It's easy to use and haven't had any issues. I had a minor issue with food getting caught in the shoot but it was easily fixed and works great everytime.

Works excellent
I bought a used Petlibro feeder and the tag included was bound to someone else’s account, so I couldn’t use the feeder. The new tag works excellent and it connected right away without any issues. It was also much cheaper than the one they sell in Canada for some reason so I’m super satisfied with the cost. The tag itself is very small and lightweight and doesn’t bother my cat whatsoever. I highly recommend this product.

Works fantastic with my feeder.

Loose collar.
This is our 2nd collar because the first one was so loose that it came off. Does NOT stay properly-sized.

Great but is flawed
Here is why I am leaving a 3/5 star review:This collar breaks apart easily to prevent your cat from choking if the collar itself gets stuck on furniture while your cat is jumping around. That’s fantastic however it breaks apart a little too easily. I ordered a second one and noticed it did the same thing so this isn’t a quality control issue. I wish they would make the tolerances a little bit stronger for bigger cats (my cat is 12 lbs). You can solve this by putting the RFID tag on a different collar that you choose. The RFID chip itself is extremely easy to pair with the feeder in the Petlibro app and decent value overall for this collar. No charging needed as it’s just an RFID chip without any tracking abilities. I like to pair this with an AirTag so that if my cat manages to pull her collar off, I can track it down with the AirTag.I need to buy these for my RFID feeder however in the future I’d like to see support for microchips (both of my cats are already microchipped so ideally they could use these to open the feeders instead of a dedicated RFID tag).

THANK YOUUU!!!
You don’t know how happy I am when your guys made a replacement tag for the automatic feeder omg ….my kitten already broke hers when I got the feeder, and every time she want to eat she just bite on the lid so that I have to get up and open the lid for her through my phone …. Cus the tag is broken. Thank you so much 😭 now she can eat whenever and stop bothering me or wake me uppp! But then again I wish the designed of the tag is flatter and less bulky. It becus my cat have others stuff on her collar as well, just in case I lost her.

So much smaller!
I bought this to replace the original tags that came with our feeders. I’m so glad these were available as the original tag was huge in comparison. These are much smaller, with a QR code I can register my cat’s information on.I did not find registering the new collars as easy as the initial setup, but once I did it, they worked great.

Bought some extras just in case
My younger cat is a menace and lost his original tag. we really should have purchased back ups when we originally bought the feeders but didn't think of it. I bought 4 of these, one for the replacement and 3 backups, and while waiting for them to come in ( 2 days) bought some regular rfid tags, which paired to the feeder but didn't open it.. returning them.the process for pairing this was as easy as it was the first time around, and now he can eat independently again without us manually opening it when feeding happens and closing it when he walks away so his glutton brother doesn't steal his food.I don't bother with the collar it comes with, I just hook it on his regular one.
