Tieless Elastic No Tie Shoelaces - Heavy Duty Shoe Laces for Kids and Adults, Running, Hiking, Tennis, and Daily Wear

I purchased these for a new pair of lace up sneakers. These make it so easy for my child to get their shoes on an off without worrying about the laces untying throughout the day. The directions were hard to see on the back of the package but a quick search online found a helpful video with how to get them installed. Highly recommend!

These solved a problem for me with some new hiking shoes where the laces wouldn't stay tied and the shoes wouldn't stay adjusted to the (perfectly normal) shape of my feet. These are similar to the laces found on Teva's, Keens, and several other brands of sport sandals. I am happy to say that they also solved the problem with my new hiking boots.The only concern I have with them is that they are hard to "install". It took two people, because the button that contains the spring is so sturdy that it took two hands to hold the button in the open position and a hemostat to pull the laces through the last part of the hole. I will purchase these again, as long as I have someone to help install them.

I should have bought these a long time ago! We don’t allow shoes in the house so when it’s time to leave it always takes a bit for everyone (mostly our 10 year old) to get shoes on and out the door. A coworker told me she got her daughter some no tie shoelaces so I looked some up. They were super easy to put on the shoes. They stay tight and are very quick and easy to get on and off. Makes it much easier to run back in the house for something quickly. We take our shoes off at the door, but it can become time consuming when you have to retie your laces whenever you run in or out.I love that these had many color options. My daughter loves the mint green Nike’s that she has so I got ones to match. She also has a pair of pink and black Nike’s and I think I’ll get her some pink no tie laces to match.Something like this will also be great for when my toddler is older. He is autistic and I think learning to tie shoes will be difficult for him. So another great bonus. I never knew these existed. I’m really glad my coworker told me about them because so never would have thought to look!

We put these on one of our kids’ pairs of shoes to see if this would make it easier for him to get them on and off himself. He couldn’t manage these himself (he’s 5). We kept them on anyway and continued to help him with putting on and taking off the shoes. He only wears that pair maybe once a week and after only 2 months the elastic snapped and these laces completely unraveled on one shoe. It’s disappointing because we really need a solution besides velcro (we want to be able to get the best shoes for him, not only things that come with Velcro.)

This is the 3rd set of these that I have purchased. I hate having to un/tie my shoes and it drives me crazy when they come untied, especially when running on the treadmill. I have purchased different types of no tie laces, including hickies and I have not liked any of them as much as I love these. They are quick and easy to lace up and to adjust once they are on your shoes. I would highly recommend these shoe strings. I will continue to purchase this brand whenever I purchase any type of lace up shoe.

Don’t buy!! The clamp on the ends is very hard to clamp the cords and it came off in the middle of the day so I basically had open shoes while at work. If you want to take the chance, bring regular laces with you just in case. I wish I could give a negative star!!!! 😣
