Q: After connecting the maxitrol regulator, should i use a propane hose with or without a regulator?

Yes,you need a propane hose to connect the regulator and propane tank.

Q: Can I use it indoor? If yes, how can I set up with gas?

Didn’t realize it was for out door. Lol . I have it set up in my food trailer connected to a propane line . Works perfect indoors

Q: I was looking for something i could use with 2 large all american canners. what kind of weight will this support?

I don't think the weight would be a problem. This burner is very sturdy. The two burners are close together so you may want to check the overall width. There may not be enough space between the burners to place two canner side by side.

Q: Brand says Atosa but its labled Cook Rite, any input?

Says cookrite on the burner. I think atosa just might be the seller. Its a good product haven't had any problems out of the unit. I would recomend for the price
