Perfect , using fence paint needs a little watering down but when you get the correct mixture its so easy to use, Makita 5amp batt last well but depends on what surface you are covering, but still a great tool

Wasn't sure about this, but its great!So, I've had to replace and stain approx 12 meters of fence following a storm. The gun is easy to use amd what would have taken 2 or days days was all done in 1 afternoon. BUT, you have to be conformable for watering your stain down to make it the right consistency to use.Despite the 5 star rating, the gun does occasion clog up, but a quick shake and it's back working. Absolutely fantastic. Really happy. Excellent value for money.
