If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.To start, the couch is great and was very easy to put together. The fabric is very comfortable. It looks great, very functional, and will be a good fit for our home. HONBAY did send me a direct message with each tracking number, which was a nice surprise.I goofed and didn't measure for the correct size (my bad) on my initial order, but I had seen that you can purchase additional pieces as needed through their store. We had placed an order for an additional piece, but it was the wrong one. HONBAY saw that we wanted to order an additional piece and let us know that we had ordered the wrong one. As the correct one was not available on Amazon, but through their website; they instructed us to cancel the incorrect item and sent us a direct link to the correct itemTheir communication has been amazing and very much appreciated. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Thought that the dark gray was going to be warmer in tone but it does have a more blueish tone. My Mother in law described it as slate blue. Definitely dark gray still, just a little cooler than I expected. It was difficult to assemble by myself. I got it mostly assembled by myself and then needed help as two clips were so tight that they wouldn't latch together. Otherwise, it generally looks appealing. I like the stiffness. Packages arrived in timely manner

I needed a small couch and a bed for grandchildren. This was a perfect combination. The company sent me text letting me know it was being shipped in 5 different boxes. It was and came in a span of 3 days. One box was damaged but it didn’t get to the product. Super easy to put together. It maybe took us 45 mins? It looks nice. It is firm but I hope with use it will soften. It’s perfect for an extra room that requires a bed only sometimes. The material is really soft. Height and width are good for sitting. I really love the storage side. It is spacious for all of the bedding needed. It is very heavy and seems sturdy enough. I would purchase this again.

It has now been three months since I got this sofa and I’m still so happy with it!For the price the quality is pretty good. It was easy and quick to assemble.I had to sleep on it for a week and was shocked at how I had nothing to complain about in terms of comfort.The pillows do lose their shape quickly but I have found out that punching them repeatedly makes them look brand new. Don’t judge, I get angry while gaming.All in all would definitely recommend this sleeper sofa!

Couch is ok. Assembly is not easy, especially latching the edge pieces. Fold out ottoman piece feels cheap, and comes off the track whenever we use it. Instruction booklet can be confusing to follow

The media could not be loaded. Arrived in 7 boxes in one day! Great customer service response via text to a question I had, they sent videos and everything! Everything well packed. You only have to click in the backs and arms. Very nice instruction booklet. We did struggle with getting them clipped together, however we were going left to right, so TIP put individual bottoms together how you like them from RIGHT to left, so much easier. The fabric is corduroy and is soft and nice on bare skin. It has a pleasant nap to it. Cushions were vacuum packed and fluff up quickly. They are firm and comfortable. The dark grey is what I ordered and looks grey in warm lighting, but bluish in bright white interior lighting. Sort of like your favorite pair of jeans color, and it's kind of the perfect color for me. Easy open lined storage in all parts except for the bed pull out and corner piece. Our carryon size suitcases fit inside. Sturdy hardware, well built. The bed pull out alongside the ottoman makes a great relaxing place for binge watching, which is what we will be doing today!

The media could not be loaded. This is a cheap couch. Priced cheaply, built cheaply, looks cheap, feels cheap and is cheap. This will have to be replaced within a year. The zippers are busting apart and no longer keep the cushions covered. The joints are flimsy where they lock together and don't line up well. The armrests can't have downward pressure applied to them without cracking the wood inside.This would be a great product for someone that lives a disposable lifestyle and just likes new things every two years. Or for a realtor as a lightweight peice that could be put in and out of homes for viewings. I wouldn't recommend this product though to 90% of people. Pretty much completely garbage. Only reason for 2 star is that it still can be sat on till the replacement shows up.

The color should have been a lot darkerI got the dark Grey but it looks more like a light blue. Very easy to put together. Took my husband and I about 20 min. Cushions are very thin but it's comfy if you're ok with firm. Pull up bed was super comfy. Opens up to about a double size bed. The storage is great. Overall it's what we wanted. But it's smaller then anticipated. Great for an apartment. Came in 5 boxes.
