Arrived on time, can’t believe how small it is. Switched on and went through installation of windows 11, took ages to update, but all working, seems fine, fast enough for my needs, browsing manipulating photos etc and writing and copying files. Looks to be well made and solid, very pleased so far. It was purchased to replace my ageing tower computer, which slowly died. Runs very quietly you can hardly hear it and WiFi is certainly fast enough (wireless)

I wanted to upgrade a 10 year old viao laptop to Windows 11.This was relatively cheap too.It's very compact, much quicker than my old laptop (no surprises there).Not the fastest but small, handles windows 11 well. I use for domestic stuff and surfing all the time.No gaming though. Very pleased.Had to buy a few extras - DVD unit, USB hub and a converter for my old monitor cable. All cheap and easy to find.So far it has just worked, no complaints.

Good size, works well especially if you upgrade the ram and ssd. Supports a nornal ssd, a smaller size ssd plus a hdd/ssd 2.5 inch. Very silent. I bought it to be a computer for travel. Also a plus that has this brand over others is that they include sd reader. For tge price I bought it is really worth it.

So dumped the desktop and used a laptop instead, that started creaking so I looked for an alternative and this was it.Well made weighty bit of kit, out of the box it took around 45 mins for Win 11 to load up mess about and be happy.There is not a lot of bloatware as it’s a straight install.Performance for most things is quick, boot up is around 10 seconds. And it runs two displays no bother.Downsides, well the fan which is fairly peaceful comes on in short bursts but as the unit is so small I stuck it round the back of the screens and you don’t hear it.The one and only C port says data only and I have not had time to see it hat it’ll do.Overall I can’t believe it runs all my old desktop did. Good value let’s hope it lasts.

GEEKOM A5. I received it only yesterday so cannot give a long term view. Delivery was excellent and fast. The A5 looks good, appears well-built and was easy to set up. It works cool and with little fan activity. The audio reproduction is a real treat from even inexpensive Bluetooth headphones.Over the last twenty months I've bought a GEEKOM Mini PC and a GEEKOM Mini Air 11, the first as my main PC, which has been used for several hours every day, and the second basically as a back-up, just in case. Both have worked faultlessly. I don't play games but use the PCs for browsing, videos, photographs, correspondence and the other usual stuff.

Pros - Small, and powerful, quiet, and high functioning - I was delighted with this computer, great upgrade for my office. Easy to set up, handled everything i asked it to do, and was lightening quick. My previous big computer (loud noisy and painfully slow) was put out to pasture.CONS - After 6 weeks, I went to my office to turn on the computer, and then went to make my morning cuppa. Came back to computer, and through i hadn't turned it on. Pressed the power button - nothing - nadda.Spent the following hour trying different plugs, power cables and finally admitted defeat, and had to make a trip to 'a computer store' to get a new computerDid contact the company for help - never got a reply.Did contact amazon, who sorted out a return/refundDid put me off ever trying any computer not by a 'big' brand.

We have had this computer for nearly 18 months and despite being at the lower end of the range it's been very quick to boot up and fast bring connected to our old large flat screen TV. We mainly use for watching videos.A few weeks ago it started to go wrong but after he'll from Geekom. It was found to be the SSD memory card. I bought a replacement SSD card and after reinstalling window so downloaded off their website the pc is now fully working again and have been refunded the cost.I will be more than happy to buy another pc from Geekom in future.

For the price it's an excellent mini pc.* Powerful* Not too expensive* Supports 4k video (I am using it as a media box)* Very fast startup times* Quiet* Easy to upgrade ram, ssdI have a NAS which stores my media. This PC has no problem coping with it.I had one issue with the one I recieved but after hardware scan/debug it reported there was an issue with the RAM stick installed. I contacted Geekom support and received a reply within 12 hours. Shirley at Geekom spent a couple of days supporting me and eventually refunded £30 so I can simply buy new RAM and replace it myself. This only involves unscrewing the feet and taking off the bottom.
