Easy and Effective Gummies
My cardiologist recommended that I take 500 mg. of Magnesium Glycinate. After trying several pills that I needed to swallow, I wanted something easier and more convenient. I decided to give gummies a try. The recommended dosage for these is two gummies per day, but because I only need to take 500 mg., I'm getting twice the amount for the cost! What I mostly like is that they're sugar-free, which does not affect the pleasant taste. I much prefer these gummies and even had some sent to my cousin in another state!

Tastes good!
I needed to take more magnesium because I’m working out more at the gym and experiencing some muscle aches and pains. I started taking magnesium internally and topically. These are very tasty and I am experiencing less cramps.

They seem to work
It taste like a weaker version of the name brand square chew candies. I get migraines if my magnesium gets low. I haven't got any migraines with these and have no unwanted side effects that some magnesium supplements can cause.

got time to spare
These are a good price and taste fine.Problem is getting them out of the jar. Clumped and stuck together. Nightmare. My solution is to spend 15 to 20 minutes yep thats how long it took me... getting them all out and put into a plastic container.That way you dont spend every day fiddling with getting one or two of them out of the jar. Not good if in a hurry.
