Q: Can a white/caucasian individual use this product if they want to brighten up and look paler?

I am white and was advised by my doctor to use it for a patch of darker skin I had (sun damage). I'm not sure it would be good for total facial lightening (if that's what you meant). I think it's more for smaller areas that have turned darker. 'Might want to see a dermatologist for larger areas/whole face?

Q: Can it be used as a moisturizer?

I don't believe that this is its intended purpose. It is supposed to lighten skin--jury is out right now. I would stick to traditional moisturizer.

I used for my face and some parts on my body but just remember everyone’s skin is different so what it did for mines might not work on u
