Love this stuff 🫶
I’d never heard of this type of oil before I’d ordered this bottle, so I didn’t really know what to expect. But I’m glad that I did discover it because it does actually seem to slow hair growth. It’s been one week since I’d last shaved my legs & they’re still silky smooth! I’ve applied this oil twice since then… I applied it immediately after I shaved my legs & then again a few days later. I did not, however, remember to apply it to my armpits after shaving them because I forgot to do so before I’d put on my deodorant 🤪 But I’ll definitely be trying this oil on my armpits the next time that I shave them… because let’s be honest - that hair grows back thick! So, how well this oil does with slowing the growth of that hair remains to be seen still.Even though this stuff is technically an “oil”, it actually isn’t oily at all once you’ve massaged it into your skin. The scent of the oil is nice. Though it’s quite subtle & light, so it doesn’t smell like much at all once it’s on your skin lol.I only wish that the bottle were bigger, as I can already tell that I’ll be going through this small bottle pretty quickly!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 STARS!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Comfy and smells good.
This smells and feels good, but I can’t say if its effective or not. The hair on my arms and legs is already so light and fine, but other places are harder to physically see and some aren’t for sharing. I haven’t noticed any reactions though, which is good. It’s incredibly comfortable too- no pain whatsoever.

Smells good. Easily absorbed. Hydrating.
Nice big bottle with efficient dropper. I was afraid the scent would be overwhelming but it is in fact quite pleasant. Oil absorption is very fast and my skin feels very soft and well hydrated. Effectiveness will probably take some time but it is still a great addition to daily skin care routine.

Surprisingly, seems to work for fine body hair
There weren’t any directions that I could find in the box or printed on the bottle so I guessed as to how to use it. I rubbed quite a bit of it on my forearms, legs, and hands/knuckles to compare how it would work on different parts of the body. Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes, and then got in the shower and used an exfoliating towel with soap to wash off the oil. While the oil was on my body, it didn’t feel like anything - no burning or itching. The hair on my arms and hands was already fine, so I don’t know if that had an effect on it working better, but I couldn’t see any after the shower. Legs was virtually gone too. I don’t have course here so I’m not sure how well it would work on someone who has thicker or more course hair. Has a mild, herbal odor, but that goes away pretty quickly.

I’ve been using this Cyperus Rotundus Oil for a few weeks now and I’m impressed! It’s gentle on my skin, has a light, pleasant scent, and absorbs quickly. After using it consistently post-hair removal, I’ve noticed my hair is growing back finer and slower, which is exactly what I was hoping for!My skin also feels much smoother and hydrated after each use. Time Will Tell but More Research Needed
I have used the for almost 4 weeks. While I have not seen any reduction in hair growth, I can say that the skin in the treated areas has gotten smooth and the amount of ingrown hair inflammation has been reduced. From doing a bit of reading about the Cyperus Rotundus Oil, I learned that there have been very few clinical studies and trials and most information says that it may take 6 months to see a reduction in hair growth. One of the concerns expressed by some medical professionals is that the oil may be an endocrine disruptor if it has the ability to be absorbed in the skin deep enough to have androgen blocking properties. While I like the idea of this being an easy way to remove hair, that is, if it works, I’m not sure I want to risk causing harm to my endocrine system. For that reason, I will most likely finish the bottle, but I doubt I will repurchase until I feel certain that I’m not causing more harm than good.

Conflicting information
The front of the bottle says "100% Natural Ingredients" and the description in the listing says "Pure and Plant-Based Ingredients".I don't doubt that it contains SOME ingredients that could be described as "100% Natural" and/or "Pure and Plant-Based", but the ingredients list says it also contains "Acetyle Hexapeptide-8" which is a synthetic compound that doesn't exist naturally....so that's, right there, by itself makes the "100% Natural" claim misleading at best. Also, both the front of the bottle and the description call this "Cyperus Rotundus Oil", but the ingredients list "Cyperus Rotundus Fruit Extract".It's hard to say about that one, since it could be both an "oil" and and "extract" at the same time. Cold-pressing IS a method of extracting an oil, but the words "oil" and "extract" aren't synonymous and aren't typically treated interchangeably. It DOES smell nicer than most (probably owing to the other oils included in the solution (particularly rose, lavender, rosemary, and sweet-almond). It also absorbs well without leaving behind a greasy or sticky residue. As for whether (or how well) it works for the reduction of hair growth, time will tell. I tend to be a bit cynical, so I have some doubt. The closest thing to a study/trial that I'm aware of using Cyperus Rotundus oil for this purpose used 100% pure oil from the root of the plant, and took 6 months before results were apparent. It's questionable whether a diluted extract from the fruit would have the same properties as a pure oil from the root.My overall impression is that it's no worse than the vast majority of similar "Cyperus Rotundus" products I've found online, and in some ways it's better. If you're using similar products already, this one can't hurt to try. The price is fairly resonable as well.
