Great 4k Dashcam
The importance of the dashcam for me is clarity to read license plate in case of accident (or general accident) and this serve it purpose. I have also previously own the ddpai mini 3 and 5 version which were more restricted to 1080 and 2k.As I was looking to upgrade, I decide on the Z60 product which was a 3 channel system for internal recording as well. The wi-fi transfer is noticeable faster but of course the file size was also bigger due to resolution. I typically just do direct wire transfer to like PC if needed. The device has a 32gb internal storage system which would overwrite the file in a loop after x hours. From my experience, you usually don't need much as you only really need to save the video during accident or collision. The device also has an emergency system where it would prevent overwrite of file during like collision detection so those file will never get overwrite or deleted unless the user do so.However for peace of mind, I would recommend getting an expansion microSD card which it can support up to 512GB. 128 and 256 GB card are pretty cheap these day and would be more than enough. The dashcam video also record date, time and speed of the car which is pretty accurate. The mini2x internal cam is ok and can get a bit grainy night time. The main star is the front cam Z60 4k which is crisp and clear, even when going at high speed, you can pause the video to see text. Slight decline during night time but plate and road is still easily visible and clear even when I turn off my headlight with streetlight only, the road and sign text is clear so I was impress. Rear is good, but night time and low light area can impact it quality.

3 channel not worth it.
Cabin camera doesn’t see anything at night. Rear camera is such low quality can’t even use footage. Front cam is okay. Wouldn’t recommend getting the 3 channel.

Very clear video, get a big card
First off, this comes with a 32GB built in. Get a big SD card. The bigger, the better. That is, up to 512GB of course. 512GB cards aren't that bad on Amazon right now. You can get them for around $40. It's going to be worth it. This will fill that 32GB card in no time. The main video looks really nice. It's extremely clear, even at night. The back camera looks about the same as they all do. It's not actually night vision. It would need IR lighting for that one. It can only see at night if there are lights. So, if you're driving down a back road with no light whatsoever, you're going to see black, punctuated by some red from your brake lights. If you have a car with extremely bright taillights, you might see something. If you are driving down the interstate, you'll see fine since there are lights everywhere. The interior video looks pretty good too, but I disabled that.Just like every other dash cam with emergency video that I've ever used, it will record an emergency video if you hit a bump. That's fine. If you see some emergency videos on the SD card, well, that's why. At least it functions. The safety alerts are there, and they work. They are annoying, so I disabled them. That's not all that difficult to do. I have eyeballs that tell me when the vehicle in front of me has started moving and such. There's an app, and it's not bad. I'm not usually an app person, but this one is fine. I'm still just going to take the SD card (remember, not included) inside and take the videos off that way. The app is nice if you have to immediately show a cop or your insurance agent what happened in an accident. That's why you want a dash cam in the first place. You'll be happy you have it when someone runs into you, but claims that you ran into them. Few things in life are more fun than watching someone lie to the cops while you show another cop a video of what actually happened. The screen is not a touchscreen. There are buttons below the screen. You use those to navigate. That managed to confuse my teenage daughter, because everything has been a touchscreen in her life, but it definitely didn't confuse me. I see buttons, I press buttons. She sees screen, she touches screen. Get off my lawn.If you are like me, and you just want to set it up, and then ignore it forever aside from occasionally pulling the SD card to remove videos, you can do that. It takes a couple minutes to get it set up however you like. It's not terribly difficult and definitely doesn't require any tech wizardry. So, very nice front video, easy to use app, and easy setup.
