No quality check before dispatch. non functioning product
Bad quality product. The knob was aligned with its marking. They don't do quality check before the dispatching the product.Ordered again from another account and there was a missing part.Read online reviews and seemed like a great product. Tried to order twice once it was not functional and 2nd time parts were missing.Also, there is no option replace the product where they send a good functional product. I would have loved use their product.

Not working as it should
I recently purchased this Bear humidifier, and it’s been nothing but a disappointment. Although it powers on, it does not produce any vapor at all, defeating its very purpose. I’ve tried adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work. Either this device needs immediate servicing or a replacement. For now, it’s just sitting there doing nothing but occupying space. I wouldn’t recommend this product unless the manufacturer addresses these issues.Please arrange for a service technician to check the unit or provide an exchange, as the product is not functioning as advertised.
