I've used this brand before. Seems to be a good supplement. I will need more time to know if it has any noticeable positive effects. The expiration date is good.

Works great, I take this to up my GLP1 along with 500mgs. of Quercetin, together they work in synergy.

Decided to try this product because akkermansia is supposed to be good for the microbiome and the price was very good. It did cause a little gas and bloating, but not too bad. If you are constipated, it will pretty much correct that issue. Didn't cause loose bowels for me tho. Not sure the product is appropriate for everyone so do some research before you try it. It's probably not something I will take every day.

I trust this brand. They 3rd party test their products. Just started taking it so it's too early to notice any benefits yet.

Wow, these are an amazing probiotic no upset stomach and I really feel like they have helped with bloating and my weight loss journey. Great deal for how many you get as well. No weird taste or anything pill size is small.

I am surprised by the effect Akermancia is having on my digestive system. I take the pill before bed, and when I wake up next morning, my stomach feels relaxed and light, like it did a few years ago. I will keep watching and enjoying the feeling.

it's works! We need different probiotics

I wanted to improve my digestion and heard akkermansia is good for that. It may be good for that but it caused terrible gas for me. I took it for about a week and a half straight but had to stop.
