It was great until moisture appeared under the lens cover. I have attempted to contact the seller through Amazon, but there was no link to make that attempt. Also, there is no contact information in the user manual. Internet search revealed an email link, that was not a link, but I copy/pasted into email with an attempt to contact that way. I just want to know how to remove the moisture so that it takes pictures/video as it did when I first mounted the camera in my front yard. It worked great for a short time and the solar panel was working as it should. I bought this in January and is not old. Again, as I stated it work well until the moisture showed up which for a product used outdoors is not acceptable.Edit: after contacting the service number found on the internet as the user manual has no contact information, the company sent a replacement at no cost. They asked for a couple of pictures which I sent. The replacement works great! Plus the service tech was easy to work with which is abnormal these days, a plus for the company. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 5 as I think this is a good product at the price point with good customer service.

I got this camera to keep track of a feral cat colony and some cat shelters.What I liked about this camera before purchasing it and after purchasing, it is that it comes with an app and you don’t have to remove the memory card in order to see what has been recorded.You just have to be within a certain range. I believe it’s about 30 feet and once you are in that range, you turn on your Bluetooth and can connect directly to the camera via the application.In the application, you can control the settings, share and delete images and videos.The image/video quality is exceptionalYou’re able to set the motion sensitivity, choose to only take pictures or videos during certain times of the day, recording length of each video clip. The amount of features for the price is very good.And on top of everything, it can be used with a solar panel. Which works very well and allows. You to leave the camera up for an unlimited amount of time as long as it gets enough sunlight.This camera is a well fought out, and I’m hoping to buy another soon.

The camera can be controlled from a phone, and batteries are recharged from solar panels.The solar panels are a great feature, removing the need to change batteries, but the panels cannot rotate a full 180 degrees, so they should be placed in a location where they get a lot of direct sunlight.There is a short delay between the time the user starts recording and the time the camera actually starts the recording.The camera creates its own network, but cannot connect to an existing (e.g., home) wi-fi network.Overall, it worked well for us, and we would recommend it to others.

The media could not be loaded. Update: The seller contacted me and offered a refund with no return needed. This says a lot about the seller and how they want their customers to be pleased with their product. This will definitely make me consider buying more of their product in the future. Changed the 3-star review to 5-star!So it took some time to find a good spot that it would take videos, for whatever reason it wasn't starting video unless I was 20 ft within range. I played with the settings and didn't have much luck. I had it setup where I knew deer were traveling right towards it and at 1pt found deer tracks going past it. So I moved it to capture the path from a different angle and next thing I know it captured 30 videos of cars about a 130ft away lol.I ended up angling the camera a little downwards and success, I've been capturing deer a few times a week. The first video I capture (which is attached to the review) gets four deer, including two that are running by! But to my suprise, the beggining of the video has a delay before it starts recording. After playing with the settings, I find out that you can adjust the delay but it only goes down to 5 secs.So, now I'm afraid to move the camera and I miss out on some video action.Pros-the video quality is excellent, the solar panel/battery work great (even under some trees) and the sounds good. Wifi connects within 50ft and it's easy to setup/connect the app.The cons stated above are the reason I deducted 2 stars

Great to have a trail camera that doesn't eat batteries like the other two that I own. Video quality is just as good with my other cameras. It's easy to set up using my phone to connect to the camera and make all the settings.
