Nasal Irrigation System
This nasal rinser is easy to use and even first-time users can get started quickly. It comes with a detailed instruction manual that guides the user on how to properly perform nasal rinsing, including the preparation of the rinse solution, the frequency of rinsing, and so on, which is very considerate. In addition, the nasal washer is also equipped with a graduated line, making it easy for users to accurately control the amount of rinsing solution to ensure that the best results are achieved with each rinse. In terms of cleaning effect, this nasal washer performs particularly well. It can penetrate deeply into the nasal cavity, effectively removing secretions, allergens and bacteria, improving the nasal environment and reducing symptoms such as nasal congestion and runny nose. After using it, I can clearly feel that my breathing becomes smoother, the sense of foreign matter in the nasal cavity is reduced, and the whole person becomes more relaxed.

It works but you'll need to practice to get it right.
This device is an enhanced, electric version of the standard neti pot. In the box you'll get the nasal irrigator, a screwdriver set, batteries, a measuring pot, the nostril inserts, and a pack of sachets containing salts for making up the solution.Inserting the batteries is a bit of a faff. The battery compartment is sealed with a screw - hence the screwdrivers. I'm not sure why they went with this approach. A lid sealed with a clip would have been much easier.Using the pot is straightforward. Make up the solution by using 200ml of cooled, boiled water with the contents of one sachet. You can also just just salt if you wish. The instructions are included. Fit the nostril plugs. Pour the liquid into the top. Insert the plugs into the nostril and press the button. Two things to note are:1) It pushes the solution into one nostril hole and sucks it back through the other. You have to rotate the nostril plug to change the direction of the water flow.2) You'll need to get the angle right. I struggled at first because my head was angled too far forward. Once I adjusted that I found the solution flowed much more freely.Using the device creates a very weird feeling. You get that same water up the nose sensation of using a normal neti pot, but the push/pull action made my ears pop. My sinuses did feel clearer after. Make sure you lean your head well forward for a few seconds after use. I didn't the first time and then a few minutes later when I bent over to pick up something that I'd dropped, a good quantity of fluid poured out of my nose.Cleaning up is easy enough. Twist the base container to remove it and then empty it out. Give the detachable bits a rinse under the tap and leave to dry. After using this a few times I've become a fan. My sinsuses feel clearer and the one that was normally blocked does seem to be freeing up. It's more expensive than the simple, manual neti pots, but this does all the hard work for you and means you don't have to be bent into an awkward position over the sink or a bowl to catch what's flowing through your nose.

Definitely does a good clean, and I have felt so much better for it
I do have a manual neti pot buried away in a cupboard, which I have used many times in the past, but this seems like it is on a whole new level, which will be much appreciated as I do seem to be a bit blocked in that area at the moment. The design is very nice and it comes with good instructions that give easy step-by-step instructions so it is pretty straight forward for getting going.I really like that it has to tanks, one of which is for the clean water and the other is for the water than has already gone through, i.e. the waste water. This is so much better than the neti pot I had previously used, and makes the whole thing so much easier and straight forward. The flow can be adjusted which is useful. So if you are new to this kind of thing you can have it set to slow and if you are more used to it then there is a stronger flow available. It runs of two AA batteries, which is unusual these days as so many things are now rechargeable, but that's fine as we always have lots of AA batteries around, and I suspect they will last a long time.Definitely does a good clean, and I have felt so much better for it.
