The laptop is really nice and compact. Easy to travel with and fairly quick. It does have a limited number of USB 2 ports.

Easy setup. Great job of helping the user get online and going fairly quickly. Lots of capacity with RAM and hard drive memory. This laptop will handle everything the average user needs. Gamers may want more RAM but the speed is decent if you have a fast connection.

My mom's been taking computer classes at the local community center and the secondhand Chromebook she's been using finally died on her, so I picked out this laptop based on what the teacher said she needed. So far she loves it and the teacher was impressed by my choice!

I wanted to give this more stars but unfortunately, the laptop came slightly damaged and the charger was missing from the packaging. I looked inside the Amazon box to see if it had fallen out but it wasn't inside anywhere. I don't know if this was done during the packing into the Amazon box or if it left the DELL facility like this. while the ding on the top chassis does not affect the performance in any way, I am a bit disappointed being this was meant to be a new unit directly from DELL. I had to order a compatible charger to charge the laptop. the speed initially was rather slow but after a few updates, the system ran smoothly. the screen quality is great, and with the non-reflective coating, the view angles are amazing. the size is just perfect, slightly bigger than a Macbook Air M1 but not too where it feels like a larger 15-inch laptop. The aluminum top remains cool to the touch which is a great feeling. As far as Value for money, I would say it would be amazing if quality control was more attentive. Again this is my personal experience and you may not receive a damaged unit, sadly it wasn't the case for me.
