I suctioned both of these (at the same height) to the mirror above my wash basin, in the hope I'd be able to pluck the stray chin hairs I've gained since menopause more quickly (and without ending up with a sore are where I've removed the top layer of skin as well!). They're small enough that the main mirror is still very usable, but also large enough for what I want to use them for. They're also a good size for if I'm having problems with my contact lenses.I find the 20x mirror helps, and I'm managing to grab the hairs with my own tweezers at shorter lengths with minimal damage (if any) to the surrounding area. But I find it takes me as long to get the correct area as a sharp focused image in the 40x mirror as it used to take me to remove the hair using my standard over basin mirror, so I've given up on that one completely.A few years ago I invested in a set of tweezers that (for me) were fairly expensive. I tried using the ones that came with this mirror, but went back to the others after a few uses - the ones supplied with the mirrors don't feel as comfy in my hand, nor can I operate them as accurately. However, the fact the mirrors come with them does mean this is a nice starter set for gifting to someone.When I requested this set it was priced at £9.99 with a 10% discount taking it down to £8.99. For just the one mirror (which is all I'm using) that feels slightly pricey, BUT the mirror is very good and adheres well to my main one - something it could take a while to find with cheaper options. As a starter gift for someone the price seems quite reasonable.

May look like a run of the mill mirror but this is really great! Realistic magnification helps application of make up.Very light so easy to carry in bag. Useful suction pads on back means it can be attached to ordinary mirror in hotels. Very useful bit of kit!

These mirrors are perfect to find to odd eyebrow or facial hair that does not belong with added bonus of 2 pair of tweezers.

Nice magnifying mirror set for home use but ideal for travel due to its travel size. I needed a magnifying mirror to help me remove the mini eyebrow hairs on the edges and this is perfect at showing them up. I had a much large size one which broke and so this is a reasonable replacement because this is travel friendly unlike my old one. It does the same job which is the main thing. The mirror is clean and clear so my face is clearly visible.

Two nice mirrors and tweezers but comparing the higher 40x magnification with my current one ( now cracked) it’s nothing like the same. I’ve given it away as I need clear, high magnification
