I recently had the pleasure of trying ALPHA LION's Superhuman pre-workout formula after trying a bunch of misses in a row, and let me tell you, it's nothing short of exceptional. That being said, I preferred the extreme version so I'd recommend that one first.

Pros:Really works, especially for focus and stamina. Nice, clean, long lasting energy with minimal crash. Tastes good and doesnt clump. Doesnt feel like im poisoning myself.Cons:Not much for me in the way of pump. Always gives me the runs at some point in the day. Heartburn when taken on empty stomach. Expensive.

I’ve tried many supplements before and they have worked great for me. Unfortunately my body was used to it. I have bought supplements on Amazon with brands that I never heard of before with high 5 stars and the results for me was horrible. I felt sick and went back to my original supplements that I don’t really feel tingly with anymore.I have seen Super Human ads many times but I felt like it was another high start/rating supplement that would make me feel sick again. I took the chance.When I received my package, I opened it up and started to make my pre workout. Mixing the pre workout with water was really good. There was no chalkiness at the bottom. I started to drink Super Human and it tasted really good. Definitely not bad at all for a pre workout supplement. After I drank the pre workout, I sat down for a bit so that it could “kick in” before I started to head to the gym. Approximately 20 minutes later, my thighs started to tingle and about another 10 minutes, my gluteus maximus started to tingle! Note this, I never had a pre workout that had my thighs or gluteus maximus tingle before! Other supplements I’ve tried I had tingles on my face, eyebrows and head, an effect that I used to enjoy. I then started to think this is actually might be a good pre workout.I started to drive to the gym and started to warm up. I started to feel a pump slowly coming up. Long story short. I had a good pump that I haven’t had in a long time. Felt great at the gym once again!

This was the first pre-workout I tried years ago and still think it’s the best flavor. It taste like smarties. So good. I don’t experience jitters when I take it and it does give me a good pump. I have noticed if I take in on an empty stomach I get a of nausea but that’s happens with most preworkout. I recommend it and have purchased multiple times.

Taste good, dissolves in water fast and gives a nice pep for a workout but so do a lot of similar products on the market at a better price.
