This arrived from the vendor in a shrink wrap sealed branded box with no best by date viewable. Inside the box, the bottle had a best by date printed on its label (24/09/2026). There was a secure tamper seal between the bottle top & the contents.A manual count of the capsules matched the number claimed to be in the bottle on the box.We did try these. We usually take similar types but discontinued the usual routine to change over to these. We had the same expected results as the main ingredient with no noticeable problems from switching. This product includes more additives. We did not notice any extra changes nor did we notice any extra added issues from switching & trying this product for about a week’s time.

I decided to try these capsules due to the pre workout it talked about. I have used shijalit many times for the other benefits it gives mainly for me was the fatigue benefits. These capsules are not only the shijalit but also have an added energy blend to them of more natural ingredients. I tried it before the gym and wow I was surprised! Kept me more focused on my workout and I got through it all without wanting to leave! Worked great for me!

Man am I really glad I got these. I'm not going to be working out anytime soon, I'm on oxygen and have a muscle disorder that keeps me away from the gym or much of anything...but I do still long for energy. And when you do a good bit of sitting around, it has a pretty horrific effect on your energy levels. So I got these. The ingredients seem to insure at least a slight boost in mental awareness and physical vitality. I’ve been taking these Shilajit Capsules for a few weeks now, and while I haven’t had any major issues, I also haven’t noticed a huge difference. They’re easy to take and seem to be a decent addition to my routine, but I wasn’t blown away by any changes in energy or overall wellness. They’re natural and affordable, so I’m not upset about it, but I was hoping for a bit more noticeable impact.

I ordered this supplement, and was a bit skeptical. However, it left me pleasantly surprised. After taking this supplement I felt I had more energy in the gym. Additionally, it increased my pump by a lot. One thing to note though, it is important to take it 45 minutes-1 hour before you workout otherwise you will most likely NOT feel the effects of it. The only complaint I have is that there is no 3rd party testing (that I could find) to verify the pureness and cleanliness of the ingredients. A lot of times these products can have some contamination. Apart from that I loved this supplement.
