William HannaTom & Jerry: The Complete Cinemascope Cartoon Collection (BD)

Who doesn’t love Tom and Jerry? I prefer the older cartoons, but Touché, Pussy Cat and others are irresistible.The video quality is top notch. I’m watching them on a 4k tv and play them on a Sony UPB-700 Bluray player. These are widescreen cartoons and they look and sound great.If you’re a Tom and Jerry fan you’ll love this collection.

Popping colors, nice natural line work and film grain. Really wonderful to watch. Photos are from an LG C1 OLED

While all these shorts are present on the Spotlight collection in their original aspect ratio, save for the bonus shorts, this Blu Ray is 100% worth buying. Some of the audio errors present of the Spotlight collection, particularly in Touché Pussy Cat, are correct on this set. Also it’s important to support this Blu Ray as it might lead to more Tom and Jerry Blu Rays in the future. Hopefully we get the rest of the shorts properly restored, plus corrections for the shorts restored from Metrocolor prints.

These classic Tom & Jerry episodes look great on Blu-Ray! A must buy for any fan!

I love the classic Tom & Jerry cartoons. The image is incredible, beautiful. I only don't give the product 5 stars because it doesn't have audio or subtitles in Portuguese.

For the amount that you are paying, you are getting a great bundle of classic cartoons. If you ever wanted to see the CinemaScope cartoons the way it was meant to be seen in theaters, this is a great way to do it. I highly recommend it for any Tom and Jerry fan.
