Great Phone. I upgraded from a Samsung S10. The phone was very clean and came with a charger and cable. The previous owner must have returned the phone because the finger print reader under the glass wasn't working. They had installed some privacy film which interfered with the finger print reader. Problem resolved, just peel that film off. I had no problem slipping in my old Verizon SIM card.

I received the phone dented and scratches on the edges. I had a problem connecting to the network. And had a problem getting the address to send the phone back. I have not received a refund yet.

So far so good. I've had this phone for only a few weeks now. This phone seems to be working as expected. Like with all the new phones I ever had, learning how to use it and all it's new features can be a challenge. My last phone was 8 years old. That being said, It seems each day I'm learning something new in navigation or features. For this reason I am giving this a 4 star rating. I hope to update this to a 5 star rating in about another month or two.

It actually showed up. It is an unlocked s24 fe. It is the at&t usa variation but works perfectly fine and was in great shape for a renewed phone.

It's screen is huge and camera is amazing. Battery last forever and has turbo charger that comes with it great price

I got my galaxy24 fe, for about 400 , renewed, came just about perfect works great. Would definitely do it again great way to get a top tier phone without breaking the bank. No issues with my mint mobil sim card transfer either.

Product was NOT unlocked. Misleading title. I had to pay an extra fee to unlock the phone with my carrier.
