The Act Firming Body Cream – Hydrating Cream with Green Coffee & Lotus – Smooths and Nourishes Skin for a Spa-Like Experience for Men and Women, 8.5 fl oz

This is my second item I've tried from this brand The Act and I'm really impressed with the quality of their products. This body cream is a great addition to my skincare routine, and it leaves my skin feeling very moisturized and hydrated without leaving a greasy residue. I can't really explain the scent, but it's a really nice perfumy scent. For some who are sensitive to it, it might be a little overwhelming, but I like scented products. The packaging is also really cute and it arrived in perfect condition.

It smells like a mix of some kind of medicine and grass clippings. The texture is nice and moisturizing, but the scent is so overpowering and uninviting that I can’t enjoy using it. Not buying again.

This new brand continues to surprise me with their fresh twists on the basics. Take this cream, for example: I’ve never experienced Green Coffee & Lotus scent in my body care. It’s mostly herbal, but then there is that sweet gourmand note peeking through. Makes me want to keep smelling it! The texture is light and gel-like, you don’t need a long time to rub it in. Just a few quick swipes, and you’re pretty much ready to get dressed. Because of that, it will make a good body moisturizer throughout the year, but perhaps reach for something richer for your hands, feet or elbows in the winter.

The packaging for this cream is nice, reminds me of another high end brand I used to buy. I was expecting the consistency to be very thick but it’s not, it’s very very light. I was hoping this would be more hydrating but it does not leave my skin with much moisture after applying. With how thin the lotion is I will say it dried quickly. The scent is nice, reminds me of how a fancy spa would smell like. My skin is pretty sensitive to products with fragrance but this did not bother my skin at all. I’m not sure I would repurchase as my skin is more on the dry side. This may be better for those without dry skin.

This is a nice skin cream, light and fluffy. It smells great, like an orange creamsicle! It goes on smoothly and makes my skin silky soft. I can't comment on the firming qualities as of yet, but so far I'm loving this cream!

This body cream works well at keeping my skin feeling firmer while giving it a delightful scent like an expensive perfume. The orange citrus smell is so refreshing. The cream melts right into my skin and makes my skin look more even and toned.

First thing I noticed with this cream is that it smells really good so when used, leaves a nice & pleasant scent on your body. The cream is thick so very easy to apply & is absorbed quickly, leaving the skin feeling nice & soft.

Priced at $23.99 at the time of review. I rate it 3 out of 5 stars.This body cream is packaged well and smells nice. I am confused by the ingredient list which listed Caffeine as the second ingredient, right after aqua (water), though. There's no way it contains that much caffeine in this jar of cream. Maybe Russia has different rule of listing ingredients on their products? I am not sure.
