A quality of life upgrade I wished I made a long time ago.I don’t have fridge water dispenser and nor the desire to drill a hole in my granite countertops for under sink water dispenser with filter.With the 3/8” OD connections I was able to install it. I highly suggest you tighten the fittings hand tight as much as possible. I did have a small leak when I first installed the water filter supply line.The O/D fitting has to be torqued down all the way to full engage the o ring.Water tastes great and there is no impact to water flow.

Love this item. Initially had a leak, but then used plumber's tape and have had no issues since. It was really easy to install. Makes a huge difference in the taste of my water. Have not had any water pressure issues.

Instructions are clear. All materials provided. Easy to install. Seems to do the job it is advertised to do. Rubber suction cups on bottom do a decent job of keeping it upright. Water tastes good. Installed it in my main bathroom for guests and for refilling dog water. Working so far.

My fridge doesn’t have a water dispenser and I’m limited on counter space, and this was the perfect solution to having filtered water in my space! The filter was very easy to install to my kitchen faucet. I love that it doesn’t take up any space up top, it’s sleek and I never have to fill up a container and wait for water to filter through. I have perfectly clean tasting water at the second. Very very convenient at a really good price point.

The filter itself is really easy to install. Took me about 5 minutes and the longest part of that was unscrewing the water line that was on the sink already. The filter itself does what it says- removed the chlorine flavor. I mostly use it for cooking water, as I don’t think that it improves the actual water quality much. It still has the same TDS, but this was disclosed in the product description. Overall, seems like a pretty decent value if you don’t want to shell out the extra cash or effort installing a reverse osmosis system. It does seem to impact water flow somewhat, but not to any degree that it impacts usability. Overall a very functional filter.

I took some time to make my review because I wanted to really test this filter:Here are some highlights about my previous setup:It was a 3-stage filter that came with those PTFE tubing that really limits the water pressure and to replace the filters you needed a special key to undo them.When I saw this filter, It seemed like a great upgrade, and it was.Installation was relatively easy (more on that later); It comes with everything you need to hook it up to your faucet.Water quality is great! tastes even better than my 3-stage filter.Its super easy (like a 2 minute job) to change the cartridge. It is a good product for the price.It also comes with a very nice reminder that lets you know if everything is ok (off) it you need to replace the battery or the filter. Dont forget to reset your filter once installed.Now for what it can be a little better:1.- I could not figure out how to undo the water lines from the filter (I followed the instructions to a T and it felt like I was about to break it.) This is important to know because when I finished the install, I had a small leak and wanted to undo the water line so I could remove the filter from my install.2.- The hoses are proprietary (or at least I could not find something like it on my local hardware store)3.- the male fitting included to tap into your water was a pain to sit correctly. I had to do it like 3 times until the o ring seated correctly.It was a great upgrade, nonetheless. Highly recommended product.

This is a awesome product. All the extra component to connect is there. I wasn't looking . When out the buy the parts to connect it. Which now I have to go out and return it.Works great 👍

I've used WaterDrop filters before and am a fan of how easy they are. I especially like that this filter sits on the bottom of the cabinet floor and doesn't require installing a hanging bracket. This makes it great for apartment dwellers who don't have to worry about leaving behind some holes. The insulation took about 10 minutes tops and was super easy. They included supply hoses are of really good quality, but…The hoses have red striping on the stainless steel braiding. That is typically used in plumbing to indicate a hot water hose, but these are for cold water. I'm not sure why they didn't use traditional blue striping. Not a problem for the installer and owner, but if a plumber wants to come in, he or she might be a bit confused as why there are hot water supply lines going into a cold water filter.
