I use these to set the retraction distance on my side by side seatbelts. Without these, the seat belt retracting mechanism strangles you. With these (make sure to set them to the proper fit), life is much more comfortable.

Perfect for my six year old who just got a basically brand new Graco backless booster from a friend. It was missing the seat belt adjuster, so I spent hours looking for a viable replacement.Once this came, installation was rather easy. Thiughboddly, it fit more snug in a 2022 Pacifica belt than our 2017 Corolla. Didn't know seatbelts were made differently. I only say that because the adjuster seemed to slide off the Corolla belt at times and it never budged on the Pacifica. And later it was tested on the 2022 Corolla, and no issue there either. So maybe the 2017 belt has just been used more? No idea. Regardless, it still does the job. Just a slight annoyance of having to fix it back every so often. Thankfully, a quick and easy fix when it's needed.

Why write a 5 star review for a product that is now bent/broken as you can tell from the picture? It worked EXACTLY as it was supposed to for me. I am 5'2" and the seat-belt always falls across my neck and is very uncomfortable. I always worried that in an accident that the seat-belt would hurt my neck and cause pain. I put this on the seat-belt and adjusted it so the seat-belt would fall across my shoulder where it was supposed to.I was in a car accident yesterday. The adjuster was on. Someone hit me while I was a major highway doing 70ish. They were doing close to 90. My car was pushed out of the left lane onto the grass median. The other person's car actually went to the right across the highway, 2 other lanes of traffic and rolled down the embankment. I was wearing this on my seat-belt. It allowed the seat-belt to work as it was supposed to. My neck is one of the only places on me not in pain. My shoulder is a little sore but the force of the seat-belt was enough to bend this piece of metal that would be hard to straighten out with a hammer.I've had the plastic ones on the belt before, half the time the plastic would crack or break just using it everyday, not even in an accident. Some of them just popped off. I decided to try the metal one and while it does get a little hot once in a while and needed occasional adjusting it didn't come off. I ordered 3 more packs of these today and even the nurse in the er now wants one for her. (She was my height) I will NOT be without this on my seat-belt again. I would not use this for a minor child in the front seat. I would use it to tighten a rear belt for a car seat or for a shorter adult to drive more comfortably.

I am using these to hold down a car seat and was the best decision I made. I’ve got a 1995 jeep wrangler with no locking seatbelt and no anchor hooks so I couldn’t really strap a car seat in it safely and this works wonders. I have one of the brackets holding the lap strap to the top strap at the base of the seat and the second one at the top where the belt comes out and the seat doesn’t move a millimeter. I honestly think that the car seats in the other cars move a little bit while mine doesn’t move at all. I was kicking and shaking the living daylights out of the carseat and it didn’t budge. A little difficult to put the brackets on the belts mainly cause mine a thick belts but after I got it in I felt accomplished. Love my purchase and recommend it for your car. Thanks!

Used on the back of child car seat. They worked but not as great as I wanted to. Keep falling off.

Our car (2006 Hyundai Terracan) did not have anchors or an automatic locking seatbelt on any of the second row passenger seats. We used these to hold our Graco extend 2 fit car seat in the second row passenger seat. We clipped them in at the top and right by the latch and our car seat wiggles less than an inch when shaken/tested. They are pretty hard to install, because the seatbelt is thick- but that’s the point to lock it in safely.
