Yes. It’s an acrylic marker so it’s the same as acrylic paint.

Q: Are the brown and light orange the same exact colors as the 2 that come in the 15 pack?

The brown is the same in the 15 pack, but not the orange.. The 4 pack orange is actually peach color NOT orange

Q: Is this set of skin tone pens fine point?

When hovering over the photo of the example package on my computer, saw that this was printed on it: PC-3M 0.9 - 1.3mm Fine. Hope this helps.
