I have heel spur and it sometimes becomes painful to walk even short distances. These heel pads provide great relief in such situations. You might be undergoing treatments but for immediate relief, I suggest this.

Good for cracked heels, but not for plantar fasciitis
This is a review of the product after using it for more than 10 months. Bought it in Oct 2018 for Rs 199 for my pain in heels (plantar fasciitis). One of the reviewers had the same problem and the heel pad helped him. So, I bought one pair too.First thing, if you have plantar fasciitis, this won't help you with the pain. It's not designed for that.If you have cracked heels, this is the product to go for. It'll help you relieve pain due to cracks in heels. The gel moisturizes the heel while you wear them.How to use:You can use them day and night. If you want to wear them before you walk or run, do this:1. Apply any moisturizer or heel cream (if you want)2. Wear the Heel Pad.3. Wear your socks.4. Wear your shoes.If you wear them over socks, they will tear away soon. While walking you might get a sticky feeling, but it will go away as you use the heel pads.If you want to try them at night:1. Wash your feet.2. Apply any moisturizer.3. Wear the heel pad.4. Go to bed.
