The Ketone-IQ™ does not lose potency after opening. Our refrigeration recommendation is for freshness and flavor (we find many people enjoy the product cold). While we do recommend refrigeration after opening, we would not anticipate any issues on a reasonable timescale. You might think of its storage like other water-based ready-to-drink beverages like Gatorade or vitamin water.
