I was excited to get the fusion tool however, when I took it out of the box, I noticed once I closed it that the tip was lopsided. I never plugged it in to see how hot it gets or anything Because of the tip being lopsided. I’ve heard good things about this company so I’m going to try to re-order a new one hopefully the next one isn’t defective

This tool heats quickly evenly, and is very comfortable and ergonomic. It is also very light which is a plus! The tips clean off easily. Definitely recommend!

My first time doing fusion . I only ordered this one because I had an issue with ordering The namebrand one off of the Don Bella hair website. I believe the namebrand one has a wider tip where it melts the keratin. I will be ordering the professional one …this one will be a good extra in case I need one. It did the job, so I really can’t complain.

The ties to the cord were undone, bag was open, and the tips had residue on it. I was on a short leash for time so I just went ahead and used it and took a bunch of time cleaning it. Works, kinda flimsy where the tips don't match when closed. Did the job though.

I have tried a couple of these In different brands and they were terrible. This one heats up fast and the tips are nice and small for the perfect heating element & easy to control
