Excellent book. Captures the essence of Japan for young readers and adults as well. A prefect gift for visitors to Japan.

A lovely souvenir of our stay in Japan, for my little boy.

This book actually has a lot more in it than I thought it would. It has lots of fun information about Japan, as well as some language and stories. It should be accessible for kids, and intersting for adults as well. It has great illustrations, and would be a nice little coffee table book, too.

オーストラリアの友人の子供が日本に興味があると聞き購入しました。送るのには少し重たいですが、喜んでもらえたようです。今の実際の生活よりも「古き良き日本」が書かれているなと感じました。子どもの目線から書かれた内容だと思います。

米国在住の米国人の方に贈りました。子供がいる家庭で、日本語と日本文化を少し勉強したいと言っていたので、この本を選びました。今風の絵柄ではない（私見）ですが、日本の事を丁寧に、しかし、丁寧すぎず、紹介している本かな、と思います。

日本の文化を丁寧に絵と英語で解説されており，外国の皆様にお伝えする良い本でした。
