Q: Can these be used for dogs to apply dental solution,or are they medicaly treated?

I use them on human and dog.....not treated....but always read the packaging, those that are treated say it..these are not.

Q: Where are they manufactured?

We used these during the four month period that the toothette product was on recall out of necessity. I’m glad we found them because our daughter with a trach snd feeding tube needs oral suction, but we’re uneasy because they are manufactured in China. The same product made by toothette is now offered again and I would recommend that one over this.

Q: Do you just run the foam part under water until saturate/ do you squeeze excess water so it's not running down the chin?

You can squeeze foam, squeeze out excess water, and wipe。
