Q: How long will these bags hold ice?

They can keep ice frozen for 2-3 hours however it should be noted that these bags are not waterproof so it's best to keep your ice in a plastic bag or another type of leakproof container whilst it's inside the insulated bag otherwise it could leak out if/when it melts.

Q: Will these keep frozen food frozen in a car when it’s 95degrees out? If so, for how long?

Hi. We are confident our bags can keep your frozen foods chilled even if the ambient temperatures are high. As others have stated to extend their effective chilling time it is best if you can keep your frozen items all together, secure the zippers tightly, and open infrequently.

Q: I bought these about a month ago for my upcoming 18 hour flight (includes layover) will this keep frozen food frozen for that long of a period?

18 hours is well beyond the limits of these bags. Even with ice packs and cold temperatures we doubt that these would be able to keep your frozen goods from thawing out. We would suggest a high-end cooler bin for this application.

Q: Will these keep food warm for 3-4 hours?

Thank you for your question. We recommend 1 to 2 hours maximum because we designed these bags for shorter, quick trips to the grocery store and back.
