Prevents dry eyes
I used this on my cat after ear surgery where Horners Eye was a side effect to prevent dry eye. Works as expected and cheaper than vet office.

Works amazing
My Lucy Boots (My three (3) year old French Bulldog) started getting dry eyes about two (2) years ago when she was a little over one (1) years old. She ended up needing eye surgery in both her eyes because her eyes got so dry they ripped her Corina on both eyes, one right after the other. That alone costed over $9,000.00 to fix although if I would have known about this medication I would have or could have possibly saved some money because this stuff helps her immensely daily. I put it in the fridge and then every morning, lunch and dinner I put some on the outside of her eyes and she suddenly snores so loud because it feels so good to her . I LOVE THIS CREME

Excellent for pet's dry eye.
Preferred by our Vet for our dogs dry eye. We have used Optixcare for many years. It helps him through the day and nightime. Very good eye gel lubricant.

Best product!
I use this product on my Shih Tzu‘s eyes twice daily. He’s an older dog with reduced tear production, and this gel helps to soothe his eyes, create lasting moisture, and minimize eye discomfort.

Great price for the same meds I used to get from the vet
This eye lube is a great price. We go through a tube every 2 - 3 weeks for a dog who doesn't produce tears. If I had known that I could get this online sooner, I wouldn't have wasted so much money paying the vet's incredibly marked up price. Same product, 2026 expiration date and two tubes in the package. Great product too!

works well
works well! I just wish the box was sealed or the top of the tube was sealed. Human eye drops have a safety seal so you know the tube was not opened or damaged in some way... but these just come in a box and no safety seal. This is going into my pets eyes, so I wish there was a way to know it was safe and secure before putting it in his eyes. If it came with a safety seal, I would give the product a 5 star rating. And FYI, I spoke with a pet pharmacist (at Stokes Pharmacy), and the optixcare lasts for about 30 days after you open it. My dog is sensitive and does not like eye medication when it gets older... so I asked... and the pharmacist said using it for 30 days after opening it is a good general rule. It's affordable, so I just keep a new bottle on hand and use a new one every 30 days or so.

Prescribed by a specialist
One of our dogs suffered severe abuse and trauma as a puppy. As a result, after we adopted her, one eye had to be removed and the other is damaged. As part of her routine, she receives the eye lubricant three times daily (along with two other eye meds). This has allowed her to maintain sight in her remaining eye. She is clever, playful and affectionate. Maintaining her sight is very important to her overall happiness.
